Pacific Surfliner Train | Amtrak Purchase train tickets online for around $26 round trip (depending on the times)
Board train! Allow time for parking (pro tip: pack a few Claws, or your Starbucks for the ride
Depart 11am- 39 East Harbor Blvd, Ventura
Arrive 11:40- 209 State St
20 min walk to bike rentals
Grab a sip(on the way to the bike rental) at Santa Barbara Winery
Go online while you get your drink on and reserve the bikes/fill out waiver for an easy pick up!
Santa Barbara Bikes to go! There are other bike rentals down by the water. I liked that this place was a bit of a walk through the Funk Zone

Ride up to Mission Rose garden
BYO charcuterie and champs
Joy ride! Ride down to the beach or grab an afternoon pick me up
Return bikes by 4pm
Dinner in the Funk Zone at Lama Dog Tap Room
Grab an ice cream cone if you have a minute before your train at McConnells
If you’re ready for another drink, drop by J Wilkes
Hop on the train back to VTA
Depart 7pm
